1) What made you go veg? (and when?)
I went vegan as a Junior in college (3 years ago), but I knew I wanted to be vegan after a student advocate for Peta visited my Freshman philosophy class. I made the transition gradual over the two years following that class…pescetarian, vegetarian and then finally, vegan.
2) Why would you like to strut yours in vegan chic garb from Vaute Couture, Cri de Coeur, Cherry Berry bags, and NOHARM?
I want to strut my stuff at the veg show, because it’s a VEGAN FASHION SHOW. I think that’s amazing and I really want to be a part of it.
3) What law would you instate across the US if you could?
At this point, I would say a law that banned factory farming should be enforced.
4) Your theme song is?
My theme song right now is, “Sleep to Dream” by Fiona Apple. She has a lot of a anger in that song, but also an incredible amount of strength. I love the line, “This mind, this body and this voice cannot be stifled by your deviant ways. So don’t forget what I told you, don’t come around. I got my own hell to raise.” Beautiful.
5) What actor or actress would play you in a tv movie about your life?
I would like to think Kristen Wiig would take on the role quite gracefully. I’m not a loud funny…but somehow, things happen every day that are just abnormally hilarious.
6) What makes veg guys and girls so darn sexy?
The same thing that makes it so sexy to see a man holding a baby or playing with his little brother/sister. The same thing that makes it so sexy so see a man go out of his way to help others. COMPASSION = PURE SEXINESS. Yes.
