Kelly Serbonich has an A.A.S. in Culinary Arts, a B.S. in Culinary Nutrition and a M.S. in Holistic Nutrition. She was the Executive
Chef of the Hippocrates Health Institute and co-authored their raw food preparation manual,* Healthful Cuisine*. Kelly is also the contributor for 4 Permacharts on the raw food lifestyle. She currently cooks for the Moosewood Restaurant and is mother to a 4 1/2 year old son, Noah.
